Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after validation by phone or email by a SHIPConstruct representative. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability or an obvious pricing error.
Warranty
Products carry the warranty granted by the manufacturer. The warranty on installation work is set out in the contract, depending on the system applied and the conditions of use.
Limitation of liability
Technical information on the site is indicative. The final choice of system must be based on an on-site assessment or a technical design.
